Herbal consultations provide the opportunity to explore one's current state of health, through a review one’s medical history, any relevant lab tests, physical examination, and a thorough holistic health assessment. A holistic health assessment is an in depth inquiry into your unique constitution and tissue states, which informs Travis of the broad patterns which constitute your state of health. This traditional way of understanding people helps create a more precise understanding of your health and a more specific therapeutic plan, especially in conjunction with the science-based and empirical practice of Medical Herbalism. Following each consultation Travis will develop a customized herbal medicine formulation as well as offer individualized lifestyle and nutritional guidance, creating a comprehensive therapeutic plan that will best support each person's unique needs.

Single plant remedies may be used or a constellation of plants remedies may be formulated. In all cases, the herbal medicine recommended to each individual is custom formulated to best suite each individuals needs.

Herbal medicine is generally safe and is suitable for use with children and elderly folks.
